Me: Pa, let’s go to Singapore.
Dad: What’s there in Singapore?
Me: Let’s check out the Singapore Sales! I heard it’s cheap…
Dad: Sama jer kat sini. Plus ada apa kat Singapore?
Me: !@#$*

School holiday 1995

Me: Pa, jom la gi Singapore…
Dad: Buat apa? There’s nothing there…
Me: Alaaaa… Jom laa…
Dad: Buat apa? There’s nothing there!
Me: !@#$*

School holiday 1996

Dad: Fariz, let’s go to Singapore.
Me: Buat apa? There’s nothing there…
Dad: Oi! Awak jugak yang nak pergi dulu..
Me: But you said there is nothing there right?
Dad: !@#$*!!!
Me: No thanks. I’m going camping with the boys!
Dad: !@#$*!!!

After hearing the same answer each time. I finally got the hint!

Ok. Ok. I get it already.

Remember my post on MyPhoneExplorer and MyPhoneExplorer Version 1.6.3? The folks from FJ Software Development has released their new version of MyPhoneExplorer 1.7. Which is good news for those using Sony Ericsson UIQ3 phones such as P990i, P1i and M600i series. This release includes

• full compatibility to UIQ3-Phones (P990i, P1i, M600i, W950i, W960i, G700, G900)
• read/write access to notes on the phone
• SMS-Chat feature
• universal filesync with filter options
• its now possible to add exceptions in ruled events
• its possible to create a backup also if the phone is not connected (Offlinebackup)

It’s current features includes

• Adressbook - with direct sync to Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes and Thunderbird
• Organizer with calendarview and direct sync to Outlook, Sunbird, Thunderbird, Rainlendar, Lotus Notes, Google and net shared calendars (WebDAV, FTP, local)

I have been waiting for the read/write access to notes on the phone function. Now I can sync my notes on my SE.
