My neighbour went to Hong Kong for their honeymoon and got me a pair of something rather unusual. A pair of Dopie sandal. Dopie is a product from Terra Plana.
DOPIE is the result of our search for a sandal in a simpler and pure form: a single shape sole to protect the foot that folds up between the toes to provide control. The combination EVA and rubber construction provides the perfect balance of lightness, comfort and flexibility. An optional strap is provided to add extra functionality to DOPIE beginners.

It is so far the coolest thing anyone ever got for me and I think that I will be envied by a lot of people. Since Dopie is not sold here. So I was told.

Why red? Because I’m a Liverpool fan for sure! Plus I love the colour red. 
My first impression was “Wahhh!!! This is way cooler than Crocs“. I tried it on and it feels kinda weird since it’s not like your typical flip flops. And the best part about Dopie sandal is you can remove the straps and wear it just as it is. Only after you’re really comfortable and used to it.

I tried walking around without the straps and it feels weird. Maybe because I’m used to flip flops. Lol… I’ve not worn this in public yet. Today will be my first time.
