Shark’s Fin Noodle @ Ming Tien

Food, Just For Fun! Add comments

I first heard this song on One FM radio.

I love Shark Fin Soup! I get very excited every time I’m invited to a Chinese wedding. Simply because normally Chinese wedding serves Shark Fin Soup. Sixthseal wrote a post on Shark Fin Soup and I had to give it a try.

Shark's Fin Noodle @ Ming Tien

Shark’s Fin Noodle is located at Ming Tien food court. I’ve been here a couple of times but not recently. The price is amazingly cheap. A big bowl of Shark Fin Noodle is only RM5.50. I ordered the big bowl. :)

Price list

There is three noodle type to choose from. I’m not sure what type are those but I recognize the one on the left. It’s those you call “Mee Tikus” because the shape resembles the tip of a rat’s tail. Haha…

I ordered the original noodle which is on the right.

The added on ingredients to make this scrumptious dish.

Mushrooms and sliced carrots maybe. Lol..

Shredded chicken meat and crab sticks

I'd like to think that's the Sharks Fin but I doubt it very much

Shark's Fin Noodle

Upclose and personal

For a dish that cost RM5.50, the Shark’s Fin Soup is absolutely tasty. The texture is almost similar to the ones I normally ate at Chinese wedding. I’m definitely coming back for more. With more friends of coz. Lol…

I had to take a picture of this on the way back. Lol…

Pork Mee

HB, you’ll definitely love this. Cheers!

My Thoughts

Sometimes I crap a lot. Actually I still do... Most times I like to keep things short. I can't help it. It's like a feeling of missing something... It always is.
