Anger. Fury. Rage. A familiar feeling? I know. I go through it too. Sometimes you feel down especially when you can’t do anything about it. You bottled it inside and swallow hard every time it gets to you. You feel like shit. So what do you do when shit happens?

You have to release the tension your system. And laughter is always a good medicine. Enjoy a good laugh by browsing through funny websites or watch some comedy. Works for me.
You could pamper yourself with a quick trip for a body massage. I was fortunate enough to be have gotten a free 1/2 hour back message. It made my day. If you’re attached, why not ask your other half to give you a back rub. Don’t know how? Learn! How? Google it.
Deal with it! If you can’t do anything about it, do something about it. Try work your way around it. It won’t get you anywhere whining about it out loud and throwing your tantrums. Which eventually will get the best of you.
Take a break. Got for a holiday in the island. I wish I was in Pulau Perhentian. I’ve never been there. I heard the water is crystal clear and you can see baby sharks swimming right under you at the snorkeling site.
Or you can talk to someone. Every now and then you need a shoulder to cry on. Find someone with a good listening ear. If you have no one to talk to then listen to music. Music is always good for the soul. I used to jam with my friends after college. It was a great screaming my lungs out to Metallica’s Seek And Destroy.

Don’t keep it bottled up in you. Life is short. Make the best out of each and every day ahead of you.
